Systemic Constellation work starts with you and any issue. When a problem is difficult to overcome it is often rooted in past trauma passed down from our parents, grandparents, and ancestral lineage. Just as we inherit our physical traits, we also inherit emotional patterns that can manifest in our lives as pain, illness, addictions, personal & relational difficulties.
The Constellation experience is deeply transformative, powerful and beneficial in a lasting way. While traditional talk therapy can be helpful, it can be a slow process without long-term results. In one Constellation, you can very quickly resolve issues that have persisted for many years.
There will be a Constellation done for one or two clients who have registered previously. Participants will have the opportunity to experience a Constellation either through standing in and representing or observing.
There are many reasons to choose to attend the workshop.
You may come to:
- experience the Constellation work and learn if it is right for you
- explore your own issue
- have more compassion and deepen your connection with those closest to you
- release and resolve emotional burdens
