This work, as part of perinatal psychology, is deeply personal and experiential. The context provides for the possibility of regressing into issues around birth. Your facilitators are trained to allow for spontaneous expression of suppressed memories and emotions.

The day will include partner breathing sessions to evocative music in a safe setting, mandala drawing of your experience, and focused bodywork, then end with group sharing. The healing potential of work in non-ordinary states of consciousness allow for the retrieval past experiences, reframing them in the present, opening the heart for a more loving future.

Fee: $150.00. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited to 12 participants.

Rev. Dr. Dia Lynn has a plethora of healing modalities at her finger-tips. She has been working with Dr. Stanislav Grof since 1991 when she completed facilitator’s training in Grof Holotropic Breathwork. The overall intent of her Holistic Healing practice is to provide sessions that individually or together bring a person back to a feeling of balance (equilibrium) and wholeness. She has recently become a Certified Light Therapist and offers private sessions with the InLight Medical Devices that deliver polychromatic light therapy.

You will:
• understand which specific Bach remedies can be helpful when there’s a crisis or if you’re feeling angry, fearful, sad, overwhelmed or exhausted.
• find out how to add these remedies into your self-care and wellness practice to strengthen coping skills and ease overcoming stumbling blocks.
• discover how to integrate the concept of self-assessing and shifting to positive self-talk to ease stress when you’re mentally or emotionally triggered.
• realize that a positive outlook can create positive life outcomes.
• experience a Bach remedy & receive a Bach remedy preparation/dosage handout.
Alicia will share the history, philosophy and principles of the Bach Flower remedy system and how they are different from other self-help modalities like essential oils, herbs and homeopathy.
